Condactis Ltd. as Data Controller ensures that:

Article 1 Privacy and Information Processing

1.The administrator of the personal data is Condactis Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-806) at Święty Marcin Street 29/8, NIP: PL7272854300.

2.Condactis Sp. z o.o. as the Administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator") attaches particular importance to the protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data of users visiting the website in the domain of condactis.com.

4.The Administrator shall exercise due diligence in selecting and applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data. Only persons authorized by the Administrator have full access to the databases.

6.Visitors to the site condactis.com can view its contents without providing personal information.

Article 2 Grounds for Processing Personal Data

1.Personal data shall be processed by the Administrator in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (RODO).

To adapt and develop the functionality of the website, including its structure and content to the needs of Internet users, to create aggregate statistics, and to maintain the security and quality of the services provided - on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);

b. analytical and statistical using Google Analytics (based on Art. 6 (1) (f) RODO);

c. to assert or secure potential claims (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).

Article 3 Scope of Data Processing

The controller processes personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve a well-defined purpose:

1.Technical data: IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration;

2.Analytics data: information about the use of the website collected by Google Analytics.

The administrator does not make automated decisions based on the collected data about users.

Article 4 Data Retention Period

Personal data is kept only for the time necessary to achieve the specified purpose or ensure compliance:

1.Technical and analytical data will be stored for a period of 24 months.

Article 5 Recipients of Personal Data

1.User data may be made available to entities entitled to receive them under applicable laws.

2.Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of relevant contracts, including providers of technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites).

Article 7 Cookies Policy

Condactis Ltd. collects data in logs, which are used solely for the purpose of administering the website.

1.In accordance with established practice, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. The storage may include:

-Public IP address of the computer from which the request came,

-Time of Inquiry,

-First line of the HTTP request,

-HTTP response code,

-Number of bytes sent by the server,

-The URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link),

-User browser information,

-Information about the errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction.

2.This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the Administrator's sites.

3.The data is used only for the purpose of server administration and to improve the quality of services.

4.The site administration uses Google Analytics, a tool for analyzing site statistics.

5.The following types of cookies are used on the site:

a. security cookies,

b. performance cookies, which allow the collection of information about the use of the websites,

c. functional cookies, allowing to remember the settings selected by the user.

6.Cookies are not used to process or store personal data.

Article 8 Transfer of Data to Third Countries

1.The controller may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only when necessary and with an adequate degree of protection.

2.Transmission of data is based on:

a. A decision by the European Commission finding an adequate level of protection,

b. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission,

c. binding corporate rules.

3.Currently, data may be transferred to the US in connection with the use of the Google Analytics tool.

Article 9 Final Provisions

1.Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.

2.Date of last update: 06.01.2024

3.In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of Polish and European law shall apply.
