Product Engineer

Turn business needs into intuitive applications. Design complex features, work directly with clients, and orchestrate teams of LLM agents to deliver.

From Client Problem to Working Product

You understand how a business works and turn that understanding into an application people can use with confidence. You work directly with clients and users to uncover requirements, challenge assumptions, and define what a successful outcome looks like. You own the product from the first conversation through production and ongoing improvement.

You can design complex functionality without making the experience complicated. You connect workflows, business rules, data models, permissions, and integrations into a coherent application. You prototype user journeys, make edge cases explicit, and validate decisions with the people who will use the product.

You are fluent in tools for orchestrating large teams of LLM agents. You break work into clear tasks, provide the right context, coordinate parallel execution and dependencies, and bring the results together. You inspect the output, resolve conflicts, and remain accountable for architecture, security, and production quality.

You move quickly between business domains, client conversations, UX decisions, and technical implementation. You keep decisions and context documented so that switching focus does not mean losing the thread. Across our healthcare, ERP, and process-automation projects, you work with architects and other engineers while retaining ownership of the product outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations with clients and users. Uncover implicit requirements, map existing processes, and clarify business goals, constraints, and success measures.
  • Translate ambiguous needs into a product scope, user journeys, business rules, and testable acceptance criteria. Prioritise what delivers value and make trade-offs explicit.
  • Design complex features end to end, including data models, permissions, state transitions, integrations, and exception handling.
  • Create prototypes and interfaces that make demanding workflows easy to understand. Validate usability with users and cover loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
  • Orchestrate large teams of LLM agents across research, design, implementation, and testing. Define task boundaries, manage shared context and dependencies, and review and integrate their work.
  • Build and debug the application across interfaces, business logic, APIs, and databases. Take responsibility for the code and decisions regardless of who or what produced them.
  • Switch effectively between projects and problem areas, keeping specifications, decisions, and handovers clear enough for both people and agents to pick up the work.
  • Deliver to production with appropriate tests, access controls, monitoring, and documentation. Use feedback and observed usage to improve the product after launch.

Requirements

  • A track record of taking applications from a business problem to production, with clear examples of the product decisions you owned and the outcomes they achieved.
  • Strong requirements discovery skills. You can ask probing questions, surface missing information, reconcile conflicting stakeholder needs, and turn them into an actionable specification.
  • The ability to reason about complex functionality, including business rules, data relationships, integrations, permissions, and failure modes.
  • Practical UX judgment. You can simplify a complicated workflow, design a clear interface, and test whether users understand it.
  • Fluency with tools for orchestrating large groups of LLM agents, including task decomposition, parallel execution, context management, dependency coordination, and verification of the combined output.
  • Strong software engineering foundations across frontend development, backend services, SQL, data modelling, and APIs. You can independently inspect, debug, and improve generated code.
  • The ability to absorb a new business domain quickly and switch context between discovery, design, implementation, and delivery without losing important constraints.
  • Sound judgment about testing, security, performance, and maintainability, supported by experience operating real applications.
  • Clear communication with clients and colleagues, ownership of delivery, and the ability to explain technical trade-offs in business terms.

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

How the role works, what you will own, and how to apply.

What does a Product Engineer do at Condactis?

You uncover business requirements with clients, design complex features and intuitive user journeys, and turn them into a working application. You coordinate teams of LLM agents and own the result from discovery through production and improvements based on real use.

Will I design the product as well as build it?

Yes. You are expected to shape workflows, design interfaces, and use working prototypes to explore solutions with users. Analysts, architects, and other engineers contribute where their expertise helps; you keep ownership of delivery from problem to production.

How will I use AI?

You orchestrate large teams of LLM agents across discovery, design, implementation, and testing. This includes breaking down work, providing context, managing dependencies, reviewing results, and integrating changes. You remain responsible for the correctness, security, usability, and maintainability of the application.

Is the role remote?

The role is remote-first, with optional hub time in Poznań or Warsaw. Direct collaboration with clients is central to the work, including discovery conversations, prototype reviews, and support during rollout.

What should I include in my application?

Send a short note about a system you have delivered, the problem it solved, and your contribution from design through production. Explain how you uncovered requirements, designed a complex feature, orchestrated LLM agents, and used feedback to improve the experience. Apply using the email link on this page.
