Engineering positions at Condactis.

We are hiring senior architects and full-stack engineers for client engagements in enterprise integration and custom platform development, and for our proprietary products.

Outcome-based engagements

Engagements are scoped against defined outcomes. Engineers own delivery end-to-end, from architecture through production launch, with continued accountability for the system once it is in operation.

Operationally consequential work

The systems we build run businesses: clinical platforms in healthcare, custom ERPs in manufacturing, integration backbones in finance, data infrastructure in education. Engagements typically involve regulatory constraints and long operational lifecycles.

Small teams, broad scope

Project teams of three to five, led by an architect. Engineers typically lead a project or own a major component, with direct client communication and architectural decisions within their scope.

Asynchronous by default

Most communication is written. Architecture decisions, technical specifications, and project status are documented. Synchronous meetings happen when there is a specific decision to make and an explicit agenda.

AI-augmented delivery

Senior engineers paired with current generative tooling. AI handles routine code generation under senior review; engineers focus on architecture, security, and integration decisions, where judgment matters most.

Closeness to production

Engineers work across both client engagements and the firm's proprietary products. Time spent operating live systems sharpens architectural judgment. Most of the team has been on call for systems they designed.

If the firm is a fit, write to us.

Tell us about a system you have built or rebuilt, and what you would do differently if you were starting it today. That is more useful than a CV.
